"While myself and my husband were visiting family in New Jersey, we received a call that would change everything. My oldest son called to tell us that their house was on fire. Upon putting the fire out, their home was deemed uninhabitable. We lost pretty much everything in the fire, but we are all grateful that everyone made it out safely. We are currently in a hotel until lo no term housing is located. We do not have a kitchen so we’ve gone from homemade meals to takeout at least twice a day for five people. I am the healthaid at Westbrook elementary. My husband Mario is head of maintenance at a hotel. Our oldest son will be a junior and our second oldest will be a freshman at Westside high school come August. Our oldest is apart of the EA Sports community and our second oldest is on the freshman football team. Our youngest was recently diagnosed with Education verification of Autism and will be a third grader at Westbrook. Our dog Cookie will be 11 years old in September; she is a Pitbull. We are so thankful for any support you can give."
